If you were to describe what it means to be a man in one word what would it be and why?

"There isn't really a word in our modern language that fully describes what it means to be a man. So I chose Virtus, which is the Latin word for manliness. Virtus means strength and martial courage at its core, but also encompasses all the higher virtues, like resolution, faithfulness, industry, discipline, and integrity. It means harnessing all your potential as a man in order to live and excellent and flourishing life."
