"I chose "leadership" as my word because I believe men have a substantial amount of influence in the workplace, their households, and day-to-day relationships. Men are leaders and to to truly be a man is to set an example of integrity, honor, hard-work and love to fellow mankind while boldly standing by your beliefs and values."
